To ensure a smooth and efficient virtual conference experience, please follow the guidelines below for recording your presentation and uploading it to the conference cloud space.
Step 1: Prepare Your Presentation
Create your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Step 2: Record Your Presentation
Record your presentation as a video using the following settings:
Format: MP4
Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)
Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Recommended Recording Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint’s built-in recording feature, OBS Studio, Zoom, or any other screen recording software of your choice.
If you are using Microsoft Power Point to prepare your presentataion, follow the steps in the video below to record your presentation:
Step 3: Ensure Audio and Visual Quality
Check the video and audio quality to ensure clarity. Make sure your voice is clear, and your slides are easily readable.
Step 4: Save Your Video
Save your recorded presentation as an MP4 file with a clear and concise file name.
Step 5: Upload Your Presentation
Click on the below link:

Click on Select files and select your file.
Enter your First name and Last name
Clock on Upload.
Wait for the file to be uploaded.
You will see Finished Uploading.
Step 6: Check Your Upload
Contact the conference organizing committee to double-check your uploaded video plays correctly on the conference platform. Make any necessary adjustments if requested.
