Abstract


First Fungal Culture Bank of Pakistan (FCBP) has a collection of 59 isolates of Alternaria alternata that were isolated from different substrates collected from various localities of Pakistan. These isolates include plant pathogenic as well as saprophytic strains of A. alternata.
